Here is my review!

This was the most amazing dining experience I've had in about 10 years. Amazing service....and there are just no words for how amazing the food and drinks were. Everything so fresh and rich with flavor.

We started with a ... glass of red wine...a barbera, which I had never had before. The waiter described it as earthy and poured a little for us to try to see if we liked it. It was not a typical red. When he said earthy, he meant it. It had an underlying flavor of peat moss...which I know sounds terrible, but is quite good. One of my favorite single malt scotches also has this unique flavor in the background.

To start, I had a lovely fresh Caesar salad that was crunchy and delicious with just the right amount of flavors mixed together....and only one little sad anchovie sitting atop the salad, which I picked off the plate.

For dinner I decided on the eggplant parmigiana, which was bursting with fresh basil and fennel! This is one of my favorite dishes but not all restaurants get the cooking of this right, so sometimes I'm disappointed. In this case though, it was Sooooo goood!

Our waiter made us a special drink to finish our dinner before our dessert. It had in it blackberries, fresh basil, honey liqueur, vodka and ginger beer! I cannot describe how wonderful this was!

For dessert our waiter recommended and we shared the butterscotch bread pudding for dessert which was actually very light in the middle and crispy on the outside....not your average bread pudding. With the butterscotch drizzle and vanilla bean gelato, it was outstanding.

Our waiter was excellent in providing great recommendations, and in his amazing attention to service. He did not hover over our table, but allowed us time to enjoy what we were experiencing. Yet he showed up at just the right moments and added personal touches to our service. It was such a wonderful evening that Jessica and I left there feeling drunk on love! Truly enchanting and I hope you all get to eat there sometime. It's downtown on Larimer Street between 14th and 15th.
